MotivStrukturAnalyse MSA® represents the 16 motivations, i.e. a person's inner drives.
MSA® is a personality tool and is based on the research into personality and motivation conducted over the last ten to 15 years. Familiar today are the following fundamental, "intrinsic" motivations, operating fundamentally from the inside out: knowledge, adherence to principles, power, status, order, material security, freedom, relationships, assistance/caring, family, idealism, recognition, competition, risk, food, physical activity, (sensuousness and spirituality). These basic motivations, which up to now have largely been treated separately, are combined by MSA® in a single, total system.
MotivStrukturAnalyse MSA® provides our training participants with a key as to how they can self-manage in a committed and motivated way to achieve performance and lasting satisfaction with life. It also demonstrates the internal motivations for why a particular person exhibits a particular behaviour: Who are you really? What moves you at your very heart? How do you best motivate yourself and others permanently? Knowing your own drivers makes many decision-taking processes easier – both professionally and privately.
TriMetrix (Insights MDI®) analysis
INSIGHTS MDI® analysis methods show us which factors jointly determine our personality, that of our employees and that of our customers – what makes us and others "tick". TriMetrix (Insights MDI®) also gives us an insight into the differences between our natural behaviour and our behaviour in our professional role: How do managers communicate in particular situations? Where do their strengths and weaknesses lie in dealing with particular work and stress situations? Where is the manager's development potential? Insights casts light on three different areas: behaviour and motivators (Talent Insights Basic, Driving Forces) and also emotional intelligence (EQ)

ASSESS is a competence measurement procedure that is used to develop comprehensive competence management systems in companies.
ASSESS offers an analysis of the manager's personal potential and simultaneously gives us an insight into which personal styles of thinking, working and relationships underpin the individually-indicated competences.
It enables a deep insight into a person's strengths and describes the extent to which the participant demonstrates his competences, such as strength in taking decisions, goal orientation, strength of motivation and change initiative.
Assess also analyses the dimensions relating to personal styles of thinking, working and relationships and shows which of these the participant favours, and to what extent: we learn, for example, whether a person approaches things more intuitively or more objectively, how systematic that person is in how they act, and whether they take quick decisions or are more cautious.
The Assess analysis enables every training participant to engage in a targeted way with individual dimensions of his personality, and to consciously build his management style on this. At the same time, it makes it easier to establish structures and measures to balance out preferences that are less supportive in a management task. The Assess analysis can also provide companies with an insight into how departments, areas and companies themselves need to develop to master the future.

9 Levels of Value Systems looks at measuring and analysing the value systems of your employees, your team, your company. 9 Levels of Value Systems maps the dynamism responsible for developing individuals, groups and organisations.
