Trainings settings

Below, you will find some important instructions for achieving successful training events. It covers not only purely organisational details, but a framework to make action-oriented learning possible. Participants are required to do things themselves to learn them, to internalise them. This requires space, certain materials, light, air, etc. Only someone who bites into an apple knows how an apple tastes.

Small groups (8-10 people)

1. Rooming

The seminar room should have a minimum size of 60 sqm and be lit with plenty of daylight. The windows in the seminar room must be capable of being opened, to ensure an adequate supply of fresh air.

Please ensure there are sufficient, high-quality working materials in the seminar room. 2 flip-charts, multi-colour flip-chart pens (unused), 1 well-equipped moderator's box, 2 pin-boards and paper.

3. Sound engineering

4. Projector

5. Seating

The Buhr & Team Akademie trainers work actively with seminar participants. This means participants require a room design that is as flexible as possible. At the start of the training, the chairs are placed in a circle. 2 desks are needed, as a storage area for the trainer and participants, along the walls. If possible, please remove all other desks from the room.
